font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Overseeing the design of the projects, and monitoring the consultants to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Monitor the project’s key parameters such as budget, time and quality</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Monitor and facilitate the project execution, project administration, correspondence, flow of information and data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Attend progress and technical meetings and perform site inspections in order resolve issues when they arise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Oversee delivery and commissioning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Management of construction operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of software: AutoCAD 2D, MS Office.</span></li>\n<li>At least 10 years previous experience in similar position.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
