    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Consider joining the Pennex family as a Lead Person in our York, PA location.  The Lead Person is a key role in operation of the Fabrication department. This position works closely with the production team to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and optimize machine performance. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sets up press dies for machine operators and takes responsibility for reviewing the set-ups of the machine operator/set-up team members.
