We expect that all staff will work collaboratively, and with the community, to promote school readiness while creating a safe, healthy and protective style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Direct a daily education program for the class by providing an atmosphere in which toddlers will develop a love for learning that develops the child&rsquo;s style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Observing, recording, and assessing children&rsquo;s developmental growth throughout the school
