Dundee Township Park District is seeking friendly, dependable Park Ranger / Hayride Operators to support park rentals and guest services at Randall Oaks Park. If you take pride in customer service, enjoy hands-on work, and like being part of fun seasonal events, this could be the perfect fit!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Park Ranger / Hayride Operator, you’ll:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Set up, maintain, and clean three park shelters and six picnic sites, including trash removal, leaf blowing, and general restroom maintenance.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to park rental guests throughout their scheduled events.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Safely load and unload passengers on the hay wagon.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Transport visitors on a hay wagon ride along a designated route through the park.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Start, monitor, and maintain bonfires during rentals.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Follow all safety and loss-prevention policies and procedures.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazardous work procedures to supervisors and correct issues when possible.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Complete additional duties within Randall Oaks Park as directed by management.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Assist other Park District employees when needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You're a reliable and customer-focused team member with:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• At least 18 years of age.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• A valid driver’s license.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• A high school diploma (preferred).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Prior experience driving a tractor with a trailer or operating mid-sized equipment (preferred).</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Strong customer service, verbal communication, and listening skills.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• The ability to follow safety procedures and work independently when needed.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Good physical condition, including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Seasonal, part-time position, generally less than 20 hours per week.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Hours vary based on business needs and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• A set schedule may be available.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In Exchange for Your Time and Talent, We Offer:</span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">• Select one of the following benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Individual Fitness Center (100-day) pass OR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Family Season Pass at Dolphin Cove Aquatic Center OR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Family Season Pass at Randall Oaks Zoo and Park</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Free or discounted District programs, merchandise, and concessions.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Credit Union access (KCT).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ready to Join the Team?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bring your strong work ethic, customer service skills, and love for the outdoors to the Dundee Township Park District.
