This must be accomplished while maintaining an on-time shipment rate of 95% or better.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location: Shakopee, MN</p>\n<p>Compensation:  $32-34/hr</p>\n<p>Regional Travel: 80-100% (2-4 overnights a week) home on weekends</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver products to customers in a consistent, standardized method.</li>\n <li>Perform your job functions in a way that exceeds customer’s expectations.</li>\n <li>Understand the hazards in the chemicals you handle & perform your job in a way that is safe for you, the people around you, & the environment.</li>\n <li>Work effectively with Logistics Planners to ensure deliveries are timely and routes are efficient.</li>\n <li>Follow the protocol that all tanks you deliver to must be labeled properly and have a serial number that matches your paperwork.</li>\n <li>Perform a Pre-Trip Truck Inspection before & during your daily routes. Report mechanical issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Ensure your unloading equipment & tools are maintained in proper working order. Report issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Keep the interior of your truck clean and clutter free.</li>\n <li>Ensure the exterior of your truck projects a good image to our customers.</li>\n <li>Ensure your electronic logs onboard monitor is working & in use during your entire trip. Report issues promptly.</li>\n <li>Understand and abide by the Kurita America Work Rules and Disciplinary Policy.</li>\n <li>Take direction from and assist the Fleet Manager.</li>\n <li>Be a valued team member.</li>\n <li>Performance of other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Material Endorsement and a valid Tanker Endorsement.</li>\n <li>2+ years driving experience with Class A license</li>\n <li>Met or exceeded all requirements of the Kurita America Delivery Fleet Certification Process in at least one Delivery Service type (Bulk, Drum, or Tote).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<p>Must be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle, and may not be disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle.
