This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. <strong>This is a plant based on-site position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Recruitment for direct labor positions</p><p>• Conduct interviews, process background checks, employment authorizations and conduct new hire orientation</p><p>• Process weekly timekeeping and maintain attendance calendars</p><p>• Research and investigate employee issues or concerns, consults with management, and coordinate necessary action to bring appropriate resolution</p><p>• Review disciplinary action and termination documents, taking appropriate partners as necessary</p><p>• Maintain active and terminated personnel files</p><p>• Assist in Bureau of Workers Compensation Cases</p><p>• Provide support between employee and operations to approve weekly timesheets</p><p>• Coordinate and distribute reporting on labor and hiring to Management</p><p>• Other duties as assigned by Management</p>",
