The company is developing advanced autonomous vehicle, robotics, and artificial intelligence technologies designed to improve safety, efficiency, and scalability across transportation, mining, and infrastructure industries.</em></p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p>• Safely operate company vehicles during testing and data collection activities<br>• Drive up to 6 hours per shift in urban and highway environments<br>• Monitor vehicle software systems while maintaining safe driving practices<br>• Execute structured test scenarios including construction zones, roundabouts, heavy pedestrian traffic, and complex roadway conditions<br>• Collect operational data and document vehicle performance<br>• Identify, document, and report unusual vehicle behaviors and edge-case scenarios<br>• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections<br><u><strong>• Ensure cameras, LiDAR, radar systems, and sensors remain clean and operational</strong></u><br>• Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues<br>• Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and Operations Teams<br>• Create clear written reports and provide verbal feedback regarding system performance</p><p><strong><em>What We're Looking For:</em></strong></p><p><u><strong>• Valid U.S. Driver's License held continuously for at least 5 years</strong></u><br>• Excellent driving record with no major violations<br>• Strong defensive driving skills and situational awareness<br>• Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>• Comfortable working with technology and software systems<br>• Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies<br>• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly reliable<br>• Ability to follow structured testing procedures and operational guidelines</p><p><em><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></em></p><p>• Autonomous Vehicle Operations<br>• Vehicle Testing or Data Collection<br>• Rideshare, Delivery, Transportation, Fleet Operations, or Commercial Driving<br>• Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Field Operations, or Engineering Support<br>• Experience using Google Workspace, Notion, or other software tools<br>• Experience documenting processes, incidents, or testing activities</p><ul><li><u>Passionate about autonomous vehicles, robotics, and emerging technology</u></li></ul><p>• Comfortable learning new software and testing processes<br>• Adaptable in rapidly changing environments<br>• Strong communicators who can work closely with engineering teams<br>• Interested in growing with a fast-moving technology company<br>• Reliable professionals with a strong safety mindset</p><p><strong>Available Shifts</strong></p><p><strong>AM Shift:</strong><br>6:00 AM – 2:30 PM<br>Monday – Friday</p><p><strong>PM Shift:</strong><br>2:00 PM – 10:30 PM<br>Monday – Friday</p><p><strong>Training Schedule:</strong><br>9:00 AM – 5:00 PM<br>Monday – Friday during the first week</p><p><br><em><strong>Apply today!
