Damar is looking for a talented and motivated <strong>Controller</strong> to join our team. The Controller plays a critical leadership role in overseeing accounting and revenue cycle operations at Damar Services. Reporting to the CFO, this position drives financial reporting, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers insights that support organizational strategy. The Controller leads through others, strengthens processes, and helps guide financial decision-making across the organization. to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard;
