          "text": "<p>•Support the startup&#xa0; and Implementation of the Brazing operation of a new production line in the existing Lincolnton, NC facility.<br>\n•During startup, learn first hand the process and to support to develop the local work instructions and standards.&#xa0; This Position will require extended Overseas Travel for training.<br>\n•Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.).<br>\n•Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required.<br>\n•Will be responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting.&#xa0; Responsible to reach the daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.</p>",

          "text": "<p>•High School Diploma or GED, Technical or Vocation Schooling a plus.<br>\n•3 to 5 years previous experience in Brazing Processes (or similar)<br>\n•Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).<br>\n•Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, interpersonal<br>\n•Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines and technology.<br>\n•Flexibility to work in different shifts, overtime<br>\n•Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours<br>\n•Proper hand dexterity<br>\n•Ability to read and follow instructions<br>\n•Ability to read and prepare orders<br>\n•Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.<br>\n•Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.<br>\n•Able to read product prints and check product to match.<br>\n•Proficient in the use of measuring devices.<br>\n•Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.<br>\n•Identify and assess common problems with machine, trouble-shooting.<br>\n•Read and follow standard operating procedures<br>\n•Understand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.</p>",
