Overview SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital A joint venture with Select Medical Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate Location: Richmond Heights, MO Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15, every third weekend in rotation Compensation starting: $37+ based on years of experience (LPN credit 2:1) Competitive Shift Differentials for Nights ($5.50) and Weekends ($3) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 No comittment Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families. Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning. Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals. Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely. Qualifications Minimum requirements: Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing. Valid State RN License is required. BLS required at hire Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program. *Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.* Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
