We also offer our employee assistance program to part time employees.</li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Applicants may apply before being licensed however must have a license upon start date.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.</li>\n <li>Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.</li>\n <li>Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.</li>\n <li>Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.</li>\n <li>Valid State RN License is required. </li>\n <li>BLS required at hire</li>\n <li>Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*</p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></strong></p>",
