The position will be responsible for multiple duties, contributing to the overall success of the production process.<br>&nbsp;<br>Key Responsibilities:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>Material Handling:&nbsp;Apply compound and protective plastic caps to threaded pipe to prevent damage during transportation and storage.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspection/Labeling:&nbsp;Measure pipes on manufacturing floor and&nbsp;accurately label pipes with identifying information to maintain proper inventory and tracking.</li><li>Equipment Operation:&nbsp;Safely operate small mobile equipment, such as forklifts, to transport materials within the facility.</li><li>General Labor Tasks:&nbsp;Perform various tasks such as stacking wood for pipe rack storage, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and assisting with other duties as assigned.</li><li>Safety Compliance:&nbsp;Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.</li><li>Inventory/ Shipping &amp; Receiving: Receive and deliver all parts and materials. Organize and manage critical spare parts in warehousing area. Ensure adequate PPE/ noncritical material levels are above safety stock amount.&nbsp; Shipping out couplings and protectors to customers when needed. Staging material for manufacturing lines to run.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>Compensation and Benefits:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>Starting pay of $18.78&nbsp;per hour, with opportunities for advancement up to $35.06&nbsp;per hour.</li><li>Quarterly Incentive Bonus Plan.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Life Insurance.</li><li>401K plan with company matching.</li><li>Paid vacation and 10 paid holidays.</li><li>Daily overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard shift.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Ability to work an industrial schedule, including overtime (rotating every 3 months or fixed 8-12 hour shift work, which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).&nbsp;Can be asked to stay later into next shift if relief calls off.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Capability to work with and around materials that may be hot, heavy, sharp, or involve hazardous chemicals.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift in excess of 25 lbs.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings.</li><li>Familiarity with operating forklifts or other small mobile equipment.</li><li>1 year of experience preferred</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul type=\"disc\"><li>Work is performed in an industrial environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and hazardous materials.</li><li>Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is&nbsp;required at all times&nbsp;to ensure safety while performing job duties.</li></ul>",
