Primary objective is to direct work of solar technicians and contractors, manage and administer the maintenance functions at the plant in accordance with Operations and Maintenance Agreement requirements and the Operations and Maintenance Programs. This overall objective will be achieved by meeting the following objectives: health and safety performance for assigned technicians and contractors, environmental stewardship, supervision of assigned technicians, employee training and development, quality control, work management system, maintenance of generation assets.</p>",
