Our team partners with clients across a wide range of industries to deliver meaningful results.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Purpose</span></p>\n<p>BGM is seeking a relationship-focused <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Advisor</span> to manage client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support the financial planning process.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on building strong client connections, providing strategic financial guidance, and contributing to a collaborative advisory team. The Service Advisor will primarily manage ongoing client relationships while supporting more complex client needs alongside senior advisors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and retain ongoing client relationships through proactive communication and financial planning</li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth financial planning and analysis, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning</li>\n<li>Prepare for and lead client meetings, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries</li>\n<li>Manage client portfolios, including asset allocation and rebalancing</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and capture additional share of wallet</li>\n<li>Maintain a high client retention rate (~95%)</li>\n<li>Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with regulatory standards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with advisors, paraplanners, and other team members to deliver comprehensive client solutions</li>\n<li>Participate in business development activities and generate client referrals</li>\n<li>Stay current on market trends, financial strategies, and regulatory changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm</li>\n<li>Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation required</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team</li>\n<li>Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n<li>High level of professionalism, ethics, and client service orientation</li>\n<li>Experience with Schwab, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, Tamarac, or Holistiplan is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Love About Us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make an Impact</span>.
