Performs work requiring adaptation of standards and criteria to project requirements. Possess a diverse working knowledge of related disciplines to support interdisciplinary coordination. &nbsp;Responsible for production of Contract Documents with support and direction from Project Manager and other senior staff.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The ideal candidate will have experience working on retail, mixed-use or multi-family residential projects. &nbsp;The position requires experience producing construction documents for permit in Revit, strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a team environment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Qualifications Include:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic understanding of architectural design, site planning, design development and graphic presentation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic knowledge construction document production and development.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Proficiency Revit (latest version), AutoCAD, and other graphic and business software and their application in developing and presenting design documents.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Basic oral and written English communication skills.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
