    "description": "<p></p>\n\n<p><strong>Installation Representative </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide remote installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of credit card terminal or eCommerce gateway.</li>\n\t<li>Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues associated with new installation of products or services.</li>\n\t<li>Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter and responding to inquiries or requests via phone and e-mail.</li>\n\t<li>Pre-Sales support of Kurv products and services with internal clients, sales and vendor partners.</li>\n\t<li>Utilization of several different software and web-based systems</li>\n\t<li>Download of processing software and deployment of credit card terminals.</li>\n\t<li>Organize and package marketing collateral and stickers to be shipped with equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Participate in ongoing product and services training and effectively cross-train team members.</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Job Benefits:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>40 hours per week</li>\n\t<li>401K, Medical, Dental, Vision available after 90 days</li>\n\t<li>On the job training program</li>\n\t<li>Casual business dress code</li>\n\t<li>Excellent location near highways</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities preformed on a regular basis; it does not exclude other duties as assigned.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements and Experience</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Experience in a Customer Service environment</li>\n\t<li>Technical knowledge of hardware and software</li>\n\t<li>Strong analytical, organization and planning skills</li>\n\t<li>Ability to prioritize workload, meet required deadlines and manage multiple new account installations</li>\n\t<li>Ability to adapt in a dynamic industry and work in a fast paced office</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrate effective problem solving skills</li>\n\t<li>Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet related technologies; knowledge and experience working with MS Word and Excel and must demonstrate an ability to learn new and customized software/web-based applications</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Desired Experience:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Sales experience</li>\n\t<li>Prior experience in Merchant Services or Electronic Payments Industry.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to conduct and control remote training sessions utilizing Go-To-Meeting.</li>\n</ul>",
