          "text": "<p>The CDE Facilitator will lead the implementation, configuration, and governance of Common Data Environments (CDEs) across the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless information flow between design, construction, and asset management teams. This role is responsible for enabling interoperability between platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, Aconex, and SharePoint through C#, Python, and API-driven integrations.</p><p>The position also supports data-driven decision-making through Power BI dashboards and performance analytics, while ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and project information management requirements. The role plays a critical part in establishing scalable, efficient, and integrated digital delivery environments for complex infrastructure projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Configure, manage, and govern CDE platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, Aconex, and SharePoint in alignment with project and client requirements.<br>\nDevelop and implement interoperability solutions using <strong>C#, Python, and REST APIs</strong> to enable seamless data exchange across platforms and systems.<br>\nDesign and automate workflows for document control, model exchange, approvals, transmittals, and version control across integrated CDE environments.<br>\nEstablish and enforce CDE standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, and information governance in compliance with <strong>ISO 19650</strong>.<br>\nLead <strong>SharePoint architecture and setup</strong> to support structured collaboration and integration with project CDEs.<br>\nDevelop automation tools and scripts to streamline file synchronization, metadata mapping, and cross-platform coordination.<br>\nBuild and maintain <strong>Power BI dashboards</strong> to monitor CDE performance, document workflows, model delivery, KPIs, and overall project health.<br>\nSupport bulk data uploads, migrations, and structured information exchange between legacy systems and project platforms.<br>\nCollaborate with BIM, Digital Delivery, and IT teams to align CDE workflows with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project delivery requirements.<br>\nMonitor system performance, data integrity, and user adoption, implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.<br>\nIdentify and resolve interoperability challenges, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange across all platforms.<br>\nProvide training and technical support to project teams on CDE usage, workflows, and best practices.<br>\nSupport digital twin and asset information management initiatives through structured data capture and integration.</p>",
