Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of supervisor.  Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance. </li>\n <li>Supports vision, mission, and values of Trinity College. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Masters degree in nursing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of clinical practice</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Nurse license in both Iowa and Illinois or be eligible to do so </li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain ACLS</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.  The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.  </p>",
