This position requires providing service to all age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.</p><h3 style=\"font-size:14px;margin:6px 0;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3><p style=\"font-size:12px;margin:4px 0;\"><strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma or GED Required.</p><p style=\"font-size:12px;margin:4px 0;\"><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinic setting preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.</p><p style=\"font-size:12px;margin:4px 0;\"><strong>Licensure:</strong></p><p>Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) credentials or completion of an approved medical assistant program required. Must obtain certification within 6 months of date of hire through a recognized national professional association such as: AAMA (American Association of Medical Assistants) AMT (American Medical Technologists) ARMA (American Registry of Medical Assistants) NAHP (The National Association of Healthcare Professions) NHA (National Healthcare Association)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"font-size:12px;margin:4px 0;\"><strong>Additional Skills/Requirements Required:</strong> AHA Healthcare Provider BLS required.
