    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is seeking an Implementation Science SME to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<p>The Implementation Science SME provides expert guidance on translating evidence-based psychological health research into clinical practice, policy, and operational programs. The SME supports implementation planning, evaluation, dissemination, and sustainment activities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop implementation frameworks and strategies.</li>\n <li>Support translation of research findings into clinical practice.</li>\n <li>Identify barriers and facilitators to adoption of evidence-based practices.</li>\n <li>Design implementation and dissemination plans.</li>\n <li>Conduct implementation evaluations.</li>\n <li>Advise stakeholders on best practices for scaling interventions.</li>\n <li>Support development of clinical support tools and training materials.</li>\n <li>Implementation plans</li>\n <li>Dissemination strategies</li>\n <li>Evaluation frameworks</li>\n <li>Clinical support tools</li>\n <li>Research translation products</li>\n <li>Best-practice recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctoral or Master's degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Psychology, Health Services Research, or related field.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience implementing evidence-based healthcare interventions.</li>\n <li>Experience within military, VA, or federal healthcare settings preferred.</li>\n <li>Public Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
