This role requires the ability to move quickly between responsibilities, support the team wherever needed, and maintain a strong presence on the floor during high-volume service periods.</p>\n\n<p>This is not a single-position role - success in this position comes from adaptability, urgency, and a willingness to step in wherever the operation needs support. The ideal candidate is service driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift throughout the day.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Deliver fast, attentive service while maintaining a strong presence on the floor and anticipating guest needs</li>\n\t<li>Set up, maintain, and break down food outlets, ensuring all food, beverage, and presentation standards are met throughout service</li>\n\t<li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with house recipes, portion standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines</li>\n\t<li>Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner</li>\n\t<li>Execute all aspects of service including serving, bartending, clearing, and resetting tables with urgency and attention to detail</li>\n\t<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas including bars, dining spaces, service stations, and back-of-house support areas</li>\n\t<li>Monitor product levels and proactively restock glassware, garnishes, condiments, and service supplies throughout shifts</li>\n\t<li>Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow</li>\n\t<li>Support opening and closing duties including side work, cleaning, stocking, and securing service areas</li>\n\t<li>Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment</li>\n\t<li>Uphold company standards related to appearance, uniform, and overall professionalism</li>\n\t<li>Operate with a high level of urgency during all service periods</li>\n\t<li>Work within a team-first environment, stepping into different roles as needed to support the operation</li>\n\t<li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred (server, bartender, busser, or similar role)</li>\n\t<li>Basic knowledge of food service, bar operations, and guest service standards</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and composure</li>\n\t<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members</li>\n\t<li>Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with minimal supervision</li>\n\t<li>Positive attitude with a willingness to step into multiple roles as needed</li>\n\t<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly based on business levels</li>\n\t<li>Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a strong work ethic</li>\n\t<li>Current Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)</li>\n\t<li>Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)</li>\n\t<li>Must be 21+ years of age</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required based on business demand</li>\n\t<li>Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service periods</li>\n\t<li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English</li>\n\t<li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits&nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>$26-$30&nbsp;hourly, Seasonal, Non-Exempt</li>\n\t<li>Employee Meals (Winter Only), and Recognition Programs&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Professional development and upward mobility opportunities&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Work-Family Culture&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, Homewood Mountain Resort is a beloved four-season destination known for its stunning lake views, intimate slopes, and commitment to personalized guest experiences.
