Description

Summary: As an Area Sales Manager for MOBA, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our state-of-the-art egg processing solutions to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and establish strong customer relationships while contributing to the growth and success of our business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Identify and target potential customers, including egg producers, farms, and food processing companies, within the Midwest region. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and other strategies. · Develop a deep understanding of our egg processing equipment, its features, benefits, and applications and all associated Lifecycle Services. Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements. · Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase the advantages of our equipment and services. Address any questions or concerns and provide expert guidance. · Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential customers. Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure accurate pricing and terms. · Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, striving to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.
