As a leading provider of residential care, education, and therapeutic support for children with emotional and behavioural needs, our work is built on strong relationships, consistency, and a people-first approach.</p>\n<p>We are now looking for an experienced and personable <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Manager</span> to support the rollout of a new <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Time &amp; Attendance system</span> across our homes and services.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on delivering a successful system implementation across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with our home managers and operational teams, ensuring the rollout is smooth, well-communicated, and embedded effectively.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the rollout of a new Time &amp; Attendance system across multiple residential sites</li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and deliver key project milestones within agreed timelines</li>\n<li>Build strong, trusted relationships with Home Managers and operational teams</li>\n<li>Provide clear, practical communication and support to colleagues in the field</li>\n<li>Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum</li>\n<li>Travel regularly to sites across the business to support implementation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">project management</span>, ideally within multi-site or operational environments</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively</li>\n<li>A down-to-earth, approachable style – able to engage effectively with frontline teams</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a hands-on, people-focused environment (not purely desk-based)</li>\n<li>Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities</li>\n<li>Available to start at short notice</li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p>At New Reflexions, we believe quality care starts with strong, supported teams.
