We are located on the northwest corner of W. Camp Wisdom Rd and Hwy 67 in Dallas, less than 8 miles from downtown Dallas and Bishop Arts District. Joining a team of up to 6 experienced PTs, this role offers a unique environment to work alongside highly skilled and motivated clinicians in a 100% orthopedic setting. We are specifically seeking a Physical Therapist with a strong drive for advancing their manual and orthopedic skills and a commitment to clinical excellence. If are you’re passionate about professional growth in orthopedic physical therapy, we encourage you to apply and take your skills to a new level.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians.  Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment</li>\n <li>Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day</li>\n <li>Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge</li>\n <li>Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports</li>\n <li>Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately</li>\n <li>Promoting continuous quality improvement</li>\n <li>Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required..Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#BSWIR-Outpatient</p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal opportunity employer.
