    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">G &amp; W Products is a leader in contract metal manufacturing and fabrication. Founded in 1968, our areas of expertise include metal stamping, laser cutting, fabrication, manual and robotic welding, tool and die work, powder coating and assembly. &nbsp;Our modern facilities include 190,000 square feet of manufacturing space between three facilities located in Fairfield, OH. &nbsp;We specialize in numerous industries including construction, transportation, energy, and defense.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;We have an opening for a 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am) position to work in our Fairfield, OH facility. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;This position will set-up, operate, or tend heavy equipment to inspect cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend or straighten metal material needed for customer parts. &nbsp;Parts are either hand loaded or fed by a coil of steel into the machine. &nbsp;<strong><em>Prior experience operating punch press machines (preferred)</em></strong>, or on the job training by a supervisor/lead to be provided</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have basic knowledge of measuring tools, i.e. tape measures and calipers</li><li>2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. &nbsp;Prior experience operating a punch press machine a plus</li><li>Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (approx. 9 hours per day)</li><li>Must be able to withstand extended exposure to heat (summer months)</li><li>Must be able to meet the physical demands of business needs daily including being able to lift, carry, push &amp; pull up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day</li><li>High School Diploma/GED&nbsp;</li><li>Prior work with ERP systems preferred.
