This role is essential to keeping our equipment, systems, and facilities operating safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.</p><p data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1506\">If you&rsquo;re mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and take pride in keeping industrial equipment running strong, this is a solid opportunity to join a stable operation with meaningful, long-term work.</p><p data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1597\">This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, MRF/Compost Operations.</p><h3 data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1632\"><strong data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1632\">What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"2464\"><li data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1743\"><p data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1743\">Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems</p></li><li data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1856\"><p data-start=\"1746\" data-end=\"1856\">Troubleshoot and repair equipment including conveyors, grinders, balers, compactors, and related machinery</p></li><li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1938\"><p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1938\">Respond to urgent repair needs and support emergency maintenance situations</p></li><li data-start=\"1939\" data-end=\"2014\"><p data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2014\">Complete daily work orders and accurately document maintenance activities</p></li><li data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2085\"><p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2085\">Follow all safety protocols, including
