The nurse must possess demonstrated knowledge, training and skills necessary and appropriate to the neonate, child, adolescent and adult and older adult. &nbsp;They must demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal effectively with multidisciplinary team members, patients, significant others and physicians.
