If you have a strong desire to help others and serve the community, this may be the right opportunity for you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Marketing Representative&nbsp;</strong>assists in the creation, design, writing and functionality of social media, internet and traditional print tools used to promote, advertise or communicate the Organization&rsquo;s programs and services. &nbsp;The Position is responsible for interacting directly with program and other department staff to understand needs to translate into a technical design and promotion working towards agreed upon goals.</p><p style=\"margin-left:-.3in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:-.3in;\"><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: 17px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Researches and meets with vendors to stay current on advertising knowledge for products and pricing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Acquires quotes for marketing/advertising purchases.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Places fully-approved marketing purchases.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with data entry for advertising placement tracking reports.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in developing detailed annual Advertising Budget in conjunction with Program and other designated Departments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develops solid vendor partnerships for advertising and placement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organizes and facilitates meetings with program staff and other Organizational staff to help access enrollment and program /service goals to assist in the creation and deployment of Marketing Strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze marketing strategies through regular reports and recommends future strategies based on results.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Facilitates regular meetings with program staff to determine content for social media campaigns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists Multi Media Representative with Blog Creation, Video ideas/content and Social Media posts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as a backup for the Promotional and Multi Media Representatives.</li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders;
