          "text": "<p>At Eataly, this role is referred to as a Salumi and Formaggi Artisan. Eataly’s cheese department is home to 500+ of the highest quality cheeses specially sourced from Italy, internationally and locally. Many of the cheeses are entirely exclusive to Eataly. A Salumi and Formaggi Artisan prepares, packages, receives and stocks product. They have a passion for cheese and meats, and the ability to share that passion with Eataly’s guests. Reports to the Market Manager.</p><ul><li>Assists guests with cheese and meat selections and shares knowledge of products</li><li>Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation in a timely manner</li><li>Ensures counter and display refrigerators neatly and accurately as per the pricing menu, and promptly informs management when food quantities or supplies are low</li><li>Merchandizes displays attractively and rotates products per quality and First In First Out (FIFO) standards&#xa0;</li><li>Cleans work station thoroughly</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
