With a deep understanding of how data and workflows move across departments, you identify inefficiencies, develop scalable solutions, and ensure the pipeline supports both creative and production goals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Working closely with Artists, Supervisors, Production, and IT, you will lead technical initiatives, contribute to long-term pipeline strategy, and help maintain a stable, efficient, and forward-thinking production environment. font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least 5+ years of experience working in a technical or pipeline role in the animation, VFX, or gaming industry, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong proficiency in Python, with experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of animation and/or VFX pipelines, including data flow across departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience developing pipeline tools and improving production workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and SOLID practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex production environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced production setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience mentoring or guiding other developers or technical artists.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
