The Campus Launch Pastor will step into a <strong>team-driven approach</strong>, planting within the “fire line” of Bayside’s expanding reach — fully supported by the systems, resources, and relationships of <strong>Global Bayside</strong>. You won’t be starting from scratch. Instead, you’ll launch with the <strong>strength of a trusted name</strong>, a <strong>core team joining from existing campuses</strong>, and the encouragement of a <strong>network of leaders committed to reaching new communities</strong>&nbsp;with the hope of Christ. Together, we multiply so that more people can experience God’s love and transformation — with a vision to launch <strong>five additional Bayside locations in the coming years.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Objective:</strong> To lead the launch and growth of a new Bayside Church location, fostering a unified staff and congregation while upholding Bayside's mission, values, and culture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Campus Launch:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement Bayside’s four-step launch strategy:</li><li>Recruit, develop, and care for a core group.</li><li>Form teams for key ministries: kids, students, small groups, setup/cleanup, and weekend services.</li><li>Organize core group events leading to preview services that drive measurable, sustained growth.</li><li>Establish weekly gatherings, progressing towards full-fledged services.</li><li>Manage launch funds while casting vision to develop a tithing base that supports the campus's financial health.</li></ul><p><strong>Campus Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Champion the ministry, leadership, and mission of Bayside Church.</li><li>Lead, inspire, and empower staff and congregants to live out their gifts and calling for kingdom impact.</li><li>Oversee weekend services, maintaining quality across first impressions, children's ministry, youth programs, and both in-person and online experiences.</li><li>Create a welcoming atmosphere with inspiring worship and engaging biblical teaching.</li><li>Ensure alignment of staffing, facilities, and programs to support pastoral care and discipleship through small groups and mid-week ministries.</li><li>Foster relationships within the community and promote Bayside's outreach locally and globally.</li></ul><p><strong>Organizational Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Preach twice a month at your campus and once a month at another Bayside location, serving the broader organization.</li><li>Participate in weekly Senior Campus Pastor meetings, contributing to organizational vision and direction.</li><li>Attend and occasionally lead Staff Chapel meetings.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
