This job may include any aspect of equipment support, including hardware, software, PC's, and wireless networking. The Mechanic will provide technical support to all printing equipment and determine the most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize downtime.</p><ul><li>Provide service and maintenance on all printing equipment in the facility</li><li>Prioritize issues to resolve urgent incidents in a timely manner</li><li>Be available to provide support to the facility outside of regular working hours if necessary</li><li>Troubleshoot complex issues with equipment</li><li>Work collaboratively with plant and management teams to find solutions to problems</li><li>Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact-based problem solving.</li></ul>",
