This role is ideal for hands-on, driven individuals who want to be at the forefront of AI innovation—designing and deploying&nbsp;<strong>LLM-powered agents</strong>&nbsp;that provide dynamic, context-aware, and personalized chat experiences.\n </div>\n <p>As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to the development of&nbsp;<strong>agentic AI platforms</strong>&nbsp;that leverage&nbsp;<strong>LangGraph</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>multi-agent orchestration</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>LLM tool use</strong>&nbsp;to deliver scalable, secure, and human-centric solutions. You will work across architecture, product, and engineering teams to build the next generation of conversational AI that empowers our members throughout their health journeys.</p>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <p><strong>What We Expect of You:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Proven experience designing and deploying&nbsp;<strong>agentic AI systems</strong>&nbsp;using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like&nbsp;<strong>LangGraph or LangChain</strong></li>\n  <li>Deep understanding of&nbsp;<strong>LLM tool use</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>memory management</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>multi-agent collaboration</strong></li>\n  <li>Strong ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement scalable, extensible AI architectures</li>\n  <li>Experience building&nbsp;<strong>stateful, goal-driven agents</strong>&nbsp;that can reason, plan, and act autonomously in complex environments</li>\n  <li>Passion for building&nbsp;<strong>human-centric AI</strong>&nbsp;that is ethical, explainable, and aligned with user needs and regulatory standards</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication and evangelism skills to influence technical direction and promote best practices</li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Architect and implement&nbsp;<strong>agentic AI chat systems</strong>&nbsp;that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and memory for dynamic task execution</li>\n  <li>Design and develop&nbsp;<strong>LangGraph-based workflows</strong>&nbsp;for orchestrating multi-step, multi-agent interactions</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Leads to define AI capabilities and roadmap</li>\n  <li>Build and maintain&nbsp;<strong>reference architectures</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>POCs</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>technical documentation</strong>&nbsp;to guide engineering teams</li>\n  <li>Ensure AI systems meet&nbsp;<strong>non-functional requirements</strong>&nbsp;such as performance, scalability, observability, and security</li>\n  <li>Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in GenAI</li>\n  <li>Advocate for&nbsp;<strong>responsible AI practices</strong>, ensuring compliance with PII/PHI handling, ADA, and other regulatory standards</li>\n  <li>Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI safety to inform strategic decisions</li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based application development</li>\n  <li>2+ years of hands-on experience with&nbsp;<strong>LLM orchestration frameworks</strong>&nbsp;(e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)</li>\n  <li>2+ years of experience building&nbsp;<strong>agentic AI systems</strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>autonomous agents</strong>&nbsp;using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs</li>\n  <li>Strong proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Python</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>FastAPI</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>vector databases</strong>&nbsp;(e.g., FAISS, Weaviate), and&nbsp;<strong>RAG pipelines</strong></li>\n  <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>cloud platforms</strong>&nbsp;(GCP preferred),&nbsp;<strong>microservices</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>API-first development</strong></li>\n  <li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>CI/CD</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>DevOps</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>observability tools</strong>&nbsp;for AI systems</li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  &nbsp;\n </div>\n <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>LangGraph</strong>&nbsp;or similar graph-based agent orchestration tools</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>LLMOps</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>prompt engineering</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>fine-tuning</strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>RAG optimization</strong></li>\n  <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>chatbot frameworks</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>voice assistants</strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>multimodal agents</strong></li>\n  <li>Background in&nbsp;<strong>healthcare</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>HIPAA compliance</strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>regulated AI systems</strong></li>\n  <li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;<strong>AI safety</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>alignment</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>ethical AI design</strong></li>\n  <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
