This is a position with opportunities for future growth and advancement.&nbsp;</p><p>Learn more about our firm by visiting <a href=\"http://www.rickengineering.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.rickengineering.com</a></p><p><strong><u>Essential Tasks and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>Perform research of surveying and mapping records from different sources,</li><li>Review title report documents, analyze deeds, and retrace easements.</li><li>Prepare and analyze survey-related CAD drawings, including boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, subdivision maps, and as-built surveys.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits as required for various project types.</li><li>Post processing of survey data and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Perform calculations for boundary analysis, and other survey tasks using Civil 3D and TBC.</li><li>Conduct closure calculations, coordinate geometry (COGO) computations, and resolve discrepancies in field data.</li><li>Collaborate with survey project managers to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.</li><li>Ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes, standards, and survey regulations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with field staff, engineers, and clients to clarify survey requirements and resolve technical issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
