Applies specific functional knowledge, working/general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager (CM) supporting government contracts or programs</li>\n <li>5+ years experience with CM aspects of physical and virtual access controls, labeling, and maintenance procedures that are specifically laid out in an System Security Plan (SSP) and related security documentation</li>\n <li>Experience with configuration management principles, methodologies, and tools such as DOORS or Eclipse</li>\n <li>Experience wtih developing or modifying CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system</li>\n <li>Experience performing change control and configuration audits</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple configuration items and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline OR a HS Diploma/GED and 12+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice if You Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience maintaining the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration</li>\n <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and managing configurations in cloud environments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automated deployment and continuous integration tools</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $72.12 to $79.33 per hour.
