The candidate will support all aspects of technical product development, business capture, and technology maturation. Specific assignments will change over time as the needs of the business evolve. The successful candidate should be technically adept in one or more relevant areas: RF system design and/or electronic warfare. They should be flexible and agile with an ability to lead and guide technical teams. Experience in digital engineering is preferred.</span><br><span style=\"line-height:107%\">The ideal candidate demonstrates proven execution of an engineering project through excellent risk assessment, outstanding leadership, and strong decision making with solid analytical skills.
