Our culture is rooted in our CultureWise Fundamentals—ownership, collaboration, integrity, and going the extra step.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Freight Analyst is responsible for optimizing Waldom’s domestic and international transportation spend, analyzing freight performance, ensuring accuracy of freight billing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Operations. This role ensures that Waldom is shipping cost-effectively, compliantly, and in alignment with customer expectations and supplier agreements.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">FREIGHT COST OPTIMIZATION &amp; ANALYSIS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze freight costs, carrier invoices, surcharges, and accessorial fees across parcel, LTL, FTL, and international modes.</li>\n<li>Develop tools, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor freight spend and performance.</li>\n<li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.</li>\n<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">FREIGHT AUDIT &amp; BILLING ACCURACY</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review freight invoices for accuracy against contracted rates.</li>\n<li>Dispute incorrect charges and coordinate credits.</li>\n<li>Partner with Finance for accurate freight allocation.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation for freight audits and compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">CARRIER MANAGEMENT &amp; PERFORMANCE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support negotiation preparation via rate comparisons and performance analysis.</li>\n<li>Monitor on-time delivery and service failures.</li>\n<li>Partner with operations to resolve carrier issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">OPERATIONAL SUPPORT &amp; CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improve cartonization, DIM weight management, and shipment consolidation.</li>\n<li>Support FTZ-related freight tracking.</li>\n<li>Participate in CI projects aligned with CultureWise fundamentals.</li>\n<li>Assist Customer Service and Sales with freight quotations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">DATA &amp; SYSTEMS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use ERP, TMS, and BI platforms to analyze freight data.</li>\n<li>Maintain freight tables, zones, and routing data.</li>\n<li>Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.</li>\n<li>2+ years freight or logistics experience.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.</li>\n<li>Experience with parcel and LTL carriers.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distribution or electronics experience.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with TMS, BI tools, and ERP systems.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of FTZ operations and trade compliance.</li>\n<li>Continuous improvement or Lean background.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
