Reporting to the Director of Operations, this person will manage the site’s training program and ensure effective training programs are established for all hourly associates. These programs include: production procedures and processes with an emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement and accomplishment of safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of previous training experience in the metal industry with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management or Engineering preferred. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company required.",
