And it's really fun.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">What’s the gig?</span> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for a producer to join our Production Team, and will work closely with folks like <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/elizabeth-amos-01b82a89/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Elizabeth</a> (Production Manager),<span> </span><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/samuel-datta-paulin-56a91914/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sam</a>, <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/erinmacindoesproule/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Erin</a>, and <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/marion-gruner/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marion</a> (Executive Producers),<span> and </span><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/in/alex-bennett-fm/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alex</a> (Head of Sound Design).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll research, plan, script, and edit interview-based podcasts (no editing of audio, just words).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a producer, you'll be helping to develop the show concept and format, coordinating with the clients to deliver audio and communicating feedback with them and the team, and managing the project internally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>But don't worry, you're not alone. We foster a collaborative culture and work together to make sure everything we produce is the absolute best it can be.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Things you'll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Researching subjects (often technical) and prepping interview plans for our hosts to produce weekly or bi-weekly episodes.</li>\n<li>Coordinating recordings, audio files, session files, scripts and documents.</li>\n<li>Editing tape, bringing episodes together (again, no audio editing involved in the role).</li>\n<li>Writing interview prep sheets, narration scripts and coordinating with hosts to record them.</li>\n<li>Writing show notes, blog posts, and sometimes social content.</li>\n<li>Working with the sound designer on the creative direction of an episode and the final edit.</li>\n<li>Coordinating with the client and managing other contributors from the Lower Street team to ensure projects are delivered.</li>\n<li>Sourcing audio clips from external sources.</li>\n<li>Occasionally booking and scheduling guests.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Who exactly are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>In short, does this sound like you?
