    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>FUNCTION:</u></strong> &nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for the cleaning of hotel guest rooms and suites according to the high standards of the Nugget Casino Resort.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Change linens, and remake beds according to housekeeping standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean all rooms assigned to you during your shift, usually a minimum of 16 rooms in total.&nbsp;</li><li>Using company provided cleaning products clean bathrooms including, scrubbing tubs, toilets, sinks, counter tops and mopping floors.&nbsp;</li><li>Remove soiled towels and replace with fresh towels. Remove empty or semi empty toiletries and replace with new.&nbsp;</li><li>Wash all mirrors and polish chrome fixtures in bathrooms.</li><li>Remove all trash, dust, and vacuum room. Wipe down all surfaces including television remote and the telephone.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean coffee pot and replenish coffee, sweeteners, stir sticks, and creamer.&nbsp;</li><li>Straighten guest rooms, restock necessary bathroom linens and supplies and turn-down bed sheets in guest rooms as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Replace glasses and necessary amenities in guest&rsquo;s rooms as required.</li><li>Ensure that all drawers are checked and empty of previous guests&rsquo; belongings if guest has checked out.&nbsp;</li><li>Immediately report and return all lost and found articles to the lost and found area in the housekeeping department per company policies.</li><li>Complete work orders to be submitted to the engineering department for room repairs and maintenance.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all levels of the Nugget team and guests.&nbsp;</li><li>Using the Nugget&rsquo;s system of recognition, recognize team members who are going &ldquo;above and beyond&rdquo; as appropriate</li><li>Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Perform work in a safe manner and always maintain a safe environment for fellow team members and guests alike.&nbsp;</li><li>Immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same.</li><li>Regular predictable attendance is required.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ol><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p><strong><u>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:</u></strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Housekeeping Supervisor</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong></p><p>Minimum 18 years of age.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>EDUCATION LEVEL:</u></strong></p><p>High School diploma or equivalent is required.</p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p><strong><u>LANGUAGE:</u></strong></p><p>Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.&nbsp;</p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>SPECIAL SKILLS:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</u></strong></p><p>Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time</p><p>Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.</p><p>Fine finger manipulation.&nbsp;</p><p>Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.</p><p>Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.</p></div></div>\n",
