    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Opportunity Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">As a Platform Data Specialist team member, you will join the Technology Operations team, a group of highly skilled individuals working to protect enterprise-level commercial customers from digital risk. Using our proprietary platform, this role focuses on supporting our Platform Specialist team by identifying and conducting detailed analysis of cyber risks. You will be responsible for researching these risks and creating alerts. Your goal: find the real-time information that will impact our customers, identifying risks and applying the appropriate escalation path.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Work with internal teams to determine various attack vectors for our customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Familiarize yourself with the customers’ protected entities to help learn and set expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Determine best methods of finding customer-related risks across the internet</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Find and analyze these risks for high-value use cases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Learn and work from pre-established workflows by our customers and threat-intel teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Utilize ZeroFox tool set to create correct meaningful alerts for each customer/network</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Lead a team of 4-7 analysts, manage quality, drive productivity and conduct performance discussions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Manage customer escalation, collaborate with product and engineering teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Train and mentor junior team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Collaborate with stakeholders to understands requirements and create necessary process SOPs after thorough analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Present and train internal teams about PDS workflows</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in technical discipline (e.g. engineering) or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience in Security operations or information security or Vulnerability management or Security assessment, typically obtained in 3-5 yrs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Understanding of basic network and host security concepts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Extreme attention to detail and strong analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge of major social media networks (knowledge of emerging networks a big plus) and digital threat landscape</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge and familiarity with cyber-threats</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Solid interpersonal and social skills and great people skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Spoken and written fluency in the English language</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Superior research and writing skills (a writing sample will be requested as part of the interview process)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Flexible to support in shifts</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Huge Plus:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with other SaaS, cyber security, or social media products or services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge of emerging social networks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience in Customer Success</span></li>\n</ul>",
