This role involves facilitating various outdoor and recreational activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and physical fitness. The primary goal is to ensure that all campers have a positive experience while developing new skills and making lasting friendships.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Students with prior experience are encouraged to apply as <strong>studio assistants</strong>. Additional student workers are also needed to serve as<strong>&nbsp;counselors</strong>. These individuals will stay with the participants in the residence hall every night throughout the camp, and ensure participants are happy, healthy and on time to studios and events throughout the day.
