provide necessary technical expertise</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identification and abatement of potential sources of environmental pollution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete all required regulatory documentation (i.e. recordkeeping, reporting, permitting, etc) in accordance with regulatory deadlines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Training and assisting others to complete designated safety and compliance responsibilities (audits, following safety rules, required training, etc) Calendar of regulatory training (LOTO, arc flash, fire extinguisher, etc)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicating (individual, group and public), coordinating or administering EHS training as needed (new hire orientation, contractor communication, any other corporate or regulatory required training)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responding to and investigating all reported incidents &ndash; driving closure of all corrective/preventative actions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage all workplace injuries in accordance with corporate worker&rsquo;s compensation claim management practices and transitional return to work program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other duties, as assigned, in support of the corporate and business unit&rsquo;s EHS strategic plan.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with all Product Safety Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead monthly Plant Safety Team meetings and manage team&rsquo;s projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead monthly Management Safety Team meetings to align with Plant Safety Team needs and projects</li></ul></div><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Completion of a Post Secondary Degree in a related field with 1+ years of manufacturing EHS experience OR 4+ years of manufacturing EHS experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing regulations and Management Systems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Experience with Process Safety and Risk Management programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Communicates effectively with company personnel on all levels.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Experience leading teams in the improvement of business processes and operational performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Exceptional organizational skills / high consideration for detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to be successful when working independently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Expert in time management</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compensation &amp;
