The ideal candidate will lead the IT function, ensure the stability and security of systems, support business operations, and guide the IT team in delivering efficient technical solutions.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.<br>• Supervise IT support activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues for end-users.<br>• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to maintain optimal IT operations.<br>• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.<br>• Manage user access, permissions, and data protection protocols.<br>• Oversee IT asset management, documentation, and system configurations.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement IT solutions and improvements.<br>• Identify opportunities to enhance IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.<br>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">6+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration</span>, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.<br>• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, cloud technologies, and IT security.<br>• Experience managing IT infrastructure and supporting enterprise environments.<br>• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.</p>",
