No micromanaging, no cumbersome approval processes, just clear shared goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our exposure builds experience.</span> Because we work with so many innovative companies across industries, you can reach the equivalent of 5+ years in-house experience in just 2 years.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About this Role</span></p>\n<p>As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to a variety of industries and products using NX CAD.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in CAD including modeling, drafting, assembly, and analysis. NX or SolidWorks CAD </li>\n<li>Proven ability to quickly develop and prototype functional product designs</li>\n<li>Effective time and schedule management skills to hit deadlines</li>\n<li>Able to effectively interface directly with clients and possess a consultants mindset and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience designing consumer electronic products, packaging electronics, opto-mechanical product design, and precision mechanism design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with machine design and robotic automation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Broad understanding of manufacturing methods, including machined metals, casting, injection molding, and sheet metal </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Success Indicators</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience delivering innovative solutions for a variety of industries and products</li>\n<li>Ability to think laterally to solve design challenges</li>\n<li>Holding high standards for product design and performance</li>\n<li>Experience managing time and schedules effectively</li>\n<li>Innate sense of curiosity and drive to make things better</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<p>This is a full-time exempt position.
