The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of populations and presenting issues. This role is a great fit for a therapist looking to engage in meaningful work, enjoy clinical autonomy, and grow within a supportive environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to a variety of age groups</li>\n<li>Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in the electronic health record</li>\n<li>Participate in supervision (if applicable), team meetings, and continuing education opportunities</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other providers and community stakeholders as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field</li>\n<li>Active licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW, LPC-A or LP)</li>\n<li>Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred</li>\n<li>Comfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, and families</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credentialed with Medicaid or private insurance panels</li>\n<li>Training in trauma-focused, systemic, or evidence-based modalities</li>\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation based on experience and licensure</li>\n<li>Hybrid flexibility: telehealth and in-person sessions</li>\n<li>Clinical supervision and support (if needed for licensure)</li>\n<li>Administrative support to handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement and leadership roles</li>\n<li>A collaborative and inclusive team culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract</p>\n<p>Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour</p>\n<p>Expected hours: No less than 10 per week</p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose your own hours</li>\n</ul>",
