Kenny Ross Automotive Group is a leading automotive dealership that is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a seamless car buying experience. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Internet sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. You will be the first point of contact for internet customers and will play a key role in providing a fast, friendly and informative buying experience. Job Responsibilities: Respond promptly to all internet leads, phone calls and online inquiries using CRM. Provide accurate information about vehicles and pricing. Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits or test drives. Follow up with potential customer via email, phone, and text to nurture leads and maintain relationships. Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-person sale. Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer programs. Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or related customer service/sales role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Proficient with CRM systems, email communication, and online sales tools. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
