    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position Summary</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ATACO Steel Products is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer (age 18+) to support facility and grounds maintenance during the summer season. This position focuses on outdoor upkeep, light maintenance, and general support tasks. Hours may range from part-time to full-time based on business needs.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, weeding, and debris removal</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support painting projects including preparation, painting, and clean-up</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete general facility upkeep tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and minor maintenance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Safely use basic hand tools and approved light-duty equipment (training provided)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be at least 18 years old</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is a plus but not required</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work Environment &amp; Safety</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work will be performed both outdoors and indoors areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exposure to weather conditions including heat and humidity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use of basic tools and light-duty equipment only</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Seasonal summer position</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Part-time to full-time hours available</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexible scheduling based on availability and workload</li></ul></div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All employees are expected to support and uphold the Values, Mission, and Vision Statements of the Company.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The duties described above represent the major elements of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
