We need your help to become the leading architecture and engineering firm focused on sustainable community-focused building design.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Summary:</span>        </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The Project Manager coordinates and manages the project team to ensure the project budget, schedule, and design intent is realized throughout all project phases. The Project Manager is the primary client contact responsible for the highest client satisfaction.  Candidates must be highly organized and have excellent written, and verbal communication skills along with a strong desire to lead in a fast-paced, challenging, and client-focused environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Essential Job Functions and Leadership Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Create scope of work, fee schedules, and timetables for proposals and contracts</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Provide regular internal, consultant, and client communications including meeting minutes and invoicing </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Develop proposal requests for external design consultants and make hiring recommendations</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Oversee preparation of all design documents with consultants</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Act as the project advisor for clients during the design and construction process</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors related to daily business operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Monitor progress throughout entire design and construction process and review all plans, specs, submittals and shop drawings prepared by vendor, consultants, and in-house design team in order to ensure compliance with the design concept and contract documents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Assist with marketing and sales efforts</span></span></li>\n</ol>\n<ol></ol>\n<ol></ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field or relevant work experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated experience in project entitlement, relationship development with municipal officials, and presentation to local planning commissions and boards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Strong communication and management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solid understanding of design and construction process and knowledge of building codes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Ability to work effectively in a team environment</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent computer skills </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Project)</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
