Title: Healthcare Compliance Business Partner
Location: 2537 Golden Bear Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006
Schedule: Full‑time role with standard business hours
Reports to: Director of Compliance

Job Summary
The Compliance Business Partner supports the day‑to‑day administration and operation of the Cantex Continuing Care Network Compliance Program. This role serves as a key operational resource to the Compliance Department and assists with the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of compliance activities across the organization. The Compliance Business Partner works closely with operational leaders to support compliance initiatives, oversee hotline case management processes, and ensure program effectiveness through strong documentation, communication, and follow‑through.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Healthcare Compliance Certification (CHC) required within 12 months of hire
• Experience supporting a healthcare Compliance Program, including hotline intake, case triage, and investigations
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including the False Claims Act, Anti‑Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and OIG guidance
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
Essential Functions
• Administer the Ethics Hotline and compliance case management system
• Monitor case activity, response times, and closure; prepare reports and trend analyses
• Coordinate the Conflict of Interest disclosure process and follow‑up
• Support development, maintenance, and publication of compliance policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance documentation, trackers, and departmental records
• Serve as liaison to assigned departments and ancillary divisions for compliance‑related activities
• Track and monitor corrective action plans and follow‑up activities
• Assist with auditing, monitoring, and risk assessment initiatives
• Compile documentation for audits, reviews, and regulatory requests
• Develop compliance communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives
• Support compliance training and employee education programs
• Assist leadership with reports, presentations, and strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and workflows
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior compliance staff as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
