We believe that true leadership starts with protecting our people, empowering our teams, and creating an environment where everyone takes ownership of safety. --- The Role: As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations. · Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic. · Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring. · Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction. · Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification. · Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs., climbing ladders, kneeling). · Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training. What You Will Need: · Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices. · Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus). · Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred). · Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. · High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. · Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively. --- What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $30.00-$45.00 per hour; The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role.
